Combining Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, and Krav Maga, each lesson gives you that personal attention and the confidence to defend yourself and your loved ones!
Jenny Bullington, MA, CTLC, Founder of Unbeatable Spirit and author of the book by the same name, is a Black Belt and two-time State Champion in martial arts. As a survivor of trauma herself, she has her own trauma-informed coaching style that will set you immediately at ease and help you learn vital, life-saving skills while discovering the hero that already resides in you.

Hours available for lessons are Monday through Friday, 4-9pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm, and Sundays from 2pm-5pm. Lessons range from 45-60 minutes, but if needed, we can also accommodate 30 minute time slots.
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Card, or Cash. Please note there is a $1.50 fee for card transactions. Military/Veteran/First Responders/Health Care Staff receive a 10% discount. If traveling more than 50 miles to your home, there will be a $25 gas surcharge.
